Stirling Food Assembly

Stirling Food Assembly is a new way of buying food that offers a digital twist on the traditional farmers’ market, where locals can simply click and collect. The online market was launched by charity Forth Environment Link in September 2016. The eco-friendly initiative allows local people to shop online for seasonal produce from a range of local farmers and producers.

Brand Launch and Ongoing Awareness

Stirling PR was tasked with launch and ongoing PR for the initiative, which achieved coverage locally as well as a substantial feature piece in the Scotsman. Launch PR saw the number of people signed up to the scheme rise from 200 to 800 and the Assembly now attracts over £1500 in orders each week, making it the most successful Food Assembly in the UK.
