We’ll even help you tell your organisation’s story through video, photography and podcasts by working with our extended network of local creatives.
We champion the good guys and promote worthy causes by sharing the stories that matter. Carefully crafting news and features content and creating PR campaigns for local companies, charities and social enterprises that engage, educate and inspire audiences.
We believe in using PR as a force for good. It’s no coincidence that the majority of our clients are not-for-profit organisations.
Our campaigns often have a positive impact for society. From encouraging people to walk and cycle more to help the environment, to promoting volunteering as a way to connect communities and alleviate social isolation.
We’re also passionate about supporting Stirling’s thriving business community, encouraging people to shop local and boost their local economy.
We may be a small agency, but we produce big results.
We earn great coverage for our clients by telling great stories. We’ve run a number of high-profile PR campaigns which have secured national and international media coverage, from BBC News and Channel 4’s Amazing Spaces to the Sunday Times and ITN News.
We may be a small agency, but we’re mighty.
We’re here to help you shine. We work away in background to make it all happen, but we can act as your spokesperson on TV and radio if you ever need us to step in.
Being a small agency means that we can react and adapt quickly. We’ll monitor the environment for media opportunities and reputational dangers and you’ll be able to reach us 24/7. 6am radio interview slot? Social media crisis at 11pm? Don’t worry, we’re there.
Having worked in both print and broadcast newsrooms, we’re used to tight deadlines. We promise a quick turnaround on all projects without compromising on quality.
We’re passionate about what we do. We combine over 20 years of media expertise with strong community connections and a wealth of local knowledge.
What you see is what you get. Unlike big agencies, we won’t send in the big guns and then delegate the work to junior staff. We know you’re paying for our experience. We don’t believe in spin, just great evidence-based stories. We fact check all our stories.
We know what you want to say even if you don’t. We’ll help you find the right words to get your message across to those you want to reach.
Lesley started her career as a senior reporter with the Stirling Observer, a varied news writing role that would see her travel to Kosovo to report on the peace keeping mission.
Hungry to learn about all aspects of the media, she studied broadcast journalism at night school and hit the airwaves. Volunteering with hospital radio, before landing her first reporting shifts at the newly launched Real Radio in Glasgow where hourly news bulletins taught her the meaning of a tight deadline.
With four years journalism experience under her belt, she branched out into PR becoming the University of Stirling’s first Media Relations Manager in 2003; where she was promoted to Head of Communications and Media before setting up her own agency, Stirling PR in 2014.
